Telkom Receives 57 Prizes at the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards

Jakarta. Telkom Indonesia received 57 prizes at the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards, including the Organization of the Year 2018 prize. The awards validate Telkom's success in leading digital innovation and developing multiple Indonesian industries.

The awards were received by Telkom vice president for enterprise parenting operations Bagyo Nugroho and Telkom vice president for enterprise service Judi Achmad at the Mira Hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The ceremony was attended by more than 300 executives from 100 companies and organizations based in Asia Pacific.

Telkom received highest honors for the fourth consecutive time.

The Asia Pacific Stevie Awards is an international business competition by the Stevie Awards based in the United States. Competitions are open to all companies and organizations based in 22 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Stevie Awards committee judges companies based on business innovations, research and development, successful innovations and their impact on the market and society. Innovations that receive awards on this platform have been proven as successful and made a significant impact on the business landscape.

"Telkom will continue to innovate the digital front on various industries to increase the overall competitiveness of Indonesia. Our success in the fourth consecutive year proves that Telkom can indeed mark Indonesia's place in the global market, especially in the Asia-Pacific region," Dian Rachmawan, the company's director of enterprise and business service, said in a press release on Saturday (02/06).

"The awards we received were for young  companies that we fostered, such as Admedika, TelkomSigma, MDMedia, Patrakom, ILCS and Jalin, for their own digital portfolios in their respective industries. Hopefully, Telkom and its subsidiaries will continue to have an impact on the global digital industries," Dian added.

The 57 awards received by Telkom and its subsidiaries included Grand Stevie, 14 golds, 30 silvers and 12 bronzes for business innovations in information technology, health and wellness, transportation and logistics, social apps, customer service, government services and business utility apps.
