Pertamina Hulu Energi Appoints New Directors
Jakarta. Shareholders of Pertamina Hulu Energi, an upstream arm of state energy company Pertamina, appointed new directors on Monday (05/02).
"We would like to thank former members of our board of directors for all their contribution to the company. We hope they can pass on their experience and knowledge to the new directors, who will manage our internal and external affairs," Pertamina's upstream director Syamsu Alam said in a statement received by the Jakarta Globe on Tuesday (06/02).
Hulu Energi's newly appointed board of directors is expected to focus on minimizing risks and boosting the company's assets.
The company's new directors are as follows:
President Director: R. Gunung Sardjono Hadi
Exploration Director: Abdul Mutalib Masdar (replacing Rudy Ryacudu)
Operations and Production Director: Ekariza (replacing Beni Jaffilius Ibradi A.D.)
Finance and Business Affairs Director: Huddie Dewanto (replacing Ari Budiarko)
Development Director: Afif Saifudin (replacing Bambang Manumayoso)
Pertamina Hulu Energi operates 57 subsidiaries, 8 joint ventures and 3 affiliated companies that manage oil and gas blocks across the Indonesian archipelago and overseas. The company also has oil and gas downstream businesses and services.
Hulu Energi also has numerous affiliates, including Donggi Senoro LNG, PHE Ecuador, Arun LNG, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Pertamina Hulu Indonesia and Pertagas Niaga.
