Jakarta. Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia, the aircraft maintenance and repair unit of national flag carrier Garuda Indonesia, is selling a 20 percent stake to the public, its chief executive said on Monday (11/09).

"This offering is mainly to drive global expansion," GMF AeroAsia chief executive Iwan Joeniarto said at a briefing.

Garuda owned 99 percent of GMF as of July, according to presentation slides.
