Mitra Keluarga Aims to Rake In Rp 4.45t With IPO
Jakarta. Hospital operator Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat aims to raise Rp 4.45 trillion ($341.7 million) in a stake sale, setting its offering price at the high end of the marketed range, people with knowledge of the matter said.
The company and shareholder Lion Investment Partners aims to sell 262 million shares at Rp 17,000 apiece, the people said, asking not to be identified as the details have yet to be officially announced by Mitra Keluarga.
Last week the company announced a price range of Rp 14,500 to Rp 18,000.
Mitra Keluarga chief financial officer Joyce Vidyayanti did not immediately respond to phone calls and text message seeking comment.
