Jakarta. New York University's Stern School of Business and management consulting firm SRW&Co will host next year's Asean Global Leadership Program in New York on April 16-20.
"NYU Stern's executive education programs are committed to the belief that a global approach to education is integral for today's business leaders," NYU Stern vice dean Eitan Zemel said in a statement on Tuesday (22/08).
Themed "Transforming Asean Organizations: The Leadership Imperative," the five-day program will focus on globalization, entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership.
Classroom sessions will cover the major challenges in the global economy and innovation leadership.
Participants are going to visit the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to study policies that affect the world's economies, and the city's high-tech sector known as Silicon Alley.
"We are delighted to collaborate with NYU Stern, a world-renowned business school, to offer our clients a custom program designed for business leaders faced with exciting opportunities as well as challenges related to doing business in the Asean region," chairman and partner of SRW&Co Daniel Wong said.
On July 13, SRW&Co signed a memorandum of agreement with the Asean Business Advisory Council to grant scholarships for the Asean Business Award winners to attend this flagship program for the region's business leaders.
