Indonesia's Anti-Doping Board Examines 14 PON XIX Athletes
Jakarta. Indonesia's Disciplinary Board for Anti-Doping is questioning from Monday (13/02) to Friday 14 athletes who allegedly used illegal substances during the 19th National Sports Week, or PON XIX.
The hearings are held at the Sports Ministry's headquarters in Jakarta.
Seven of the athletes requested their samples to be retested at the National Dope Testing Laboratory in New Delhi, India.
The anti-doping board comprises of Cahyo Adi, Haryono and Rizky Mediantoro.
"All of the [doping] cases are expected to be completed in March," Sports Ministry spokesman Gatot Dewa Broto said in a press release on Monday (13/02).
