Foie Gras, King Prawn, Lamb Shank — Signature Dishes at Borobudur Hotel
Jakarta. Located in the heart of Jakarta, five-star Borobudur Hotel introduces new signature dishes at two of its fine-dining restaurants, Teratai Chinese Restaurant and Bruschetta Italian Restaurant.
At recently renovated Teratai Chinese Restaurant, visitors can spoil themselves with the best-selling "Seared foie gras with apple sauce or king prawn," prepared by Hong Kong's master chefs Alex Kwok and Steven Low.
The restaurant, which can accommodate up to 153 people, offers a wide selection of menu which has already gained popularity among Jakarta's Chinese culinary connoisseurs.
In addition to its top gourmet food, Teratai also provides a private dining experience with five private rooms — four big enough to fit six guests and one for 16 guests.
Teratai can also be hired for small parties or gatherings with menus tailored to meet the guests' preferences.

The signature Bruschetta Italian Restaurant at Hotel Borobudur recommends their lamb shank (brasato di stinco di agnello), a succulent specialty dish that delivers impeccable taste of the Mediterranean.
Despite its Mediterranean origin, the lamb shank is seasoned to please local tastebuds. Fresh rosemary, bay leaves, basil and parsley complement well-done but still tender lamb meat. Parmesan cheese and risotto are also served as side dishes to give you the complete dining experience.
Bruschetta's Italian flavors are kept authentic by their team of Italian chefs.
