In an effort to improve the digital experience of customers and the people of Indonesia, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) or (TelkomGroup) inaugurated the operation of Digital GraPARI TelkomGroup Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). TelkomGroup BSD Digital Inauguration was conducted by Telkomsel President Director Alex J. Sinaga together with Tangerang Selatan Mayor Airin Rachmi Diany, Telkom Consumer Director Mas'ud Khamid, Telkomsel Ririek Adriansyah and Telkomsel Sales Director Sukardi Silalahi at Graha Merah Putih BSD, Tangerang, 16/8).
On the sidelines of the inauguration of Digital GraPARI TelkomGroup Mas'ud Khamid said, Digital GraPARI is an effort of TelkomGroup in providing digital-based customer service. Digital GraPARI TelkomGroup implements the "One and Done" service concept, where service personnel serve all of TelkomGroup's customer needs with the support of digital concept facility until the customer get the service solution thoroughly. GraPARI also provides a service that combines myGraPARI and myIndiHome, non-cash payment services, and cash back services supported by Finnet.
