Matahari Department Store Consistently Gives The Best Service Quality and Received Service Quality Diamond Award 2015
PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (“Matahari” or the “Company”; stock code: “LPPF”) once again received Service Quality Diamond Award. This is the 7th consecutive year for Matahari to receive Service Quality Award which proves that Matahari consistently gives the best service quality to its customers. On Friday, May 22, 2015, at Ballroom I Mulia Hotel, Jakarta, Sunny Setiawan as the Store Operations Director of Matahari received Service Quality Diamond Award.
Service quality is one of the main factors for Matahari to give the best shopping experience to its customers, besides giving various choice of high quality product. The award was given based on the survey which had 2 dimensions of measurement. The 2 dimensions for the measurement are Perceived Service Quality (“PSQ”) and Perceived Service Value (“PSV”). PSQ includes the service accessibility from service center by the customer, the procedure and elements regarding the service process, the staffs that interact with the customers, and the quality for the service solutions. On the other hand, PSV is the perception of the equality between the price and the services provided. From the survey which involved 3,000 respondents in Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, and Medan, Matahari received Service Quality Diamond Award 2014 with SQ Index score of 4,0665.
Service Quality Diamond Award 2015 shows that Matahari has been carrying out its mission to consistently delivering fashion-right products and services that enhance the customers’ quality of life.
