The Owners of Mercedes-Benz will feel more secure during the year end holiday in 2015 because Mercedes-Benz Indonesia once again held annual program Year-End Rescue 2015 to support Mercedes-Benz customers who need technical assistance during the Christmas eve holiday trip in 2015 and New Year 2016, this Program 24-hour service will begin from 23 December 2015-3 January 2016.
Ahead of the Christmas and New Year holidays many Indonesian people who are traveling by private vehicle or public transportation as well as spending time on the trip with the family. In this situation, the traffic flow will be very dense, especially in the line from Jakarta to several destinations including Puncak and Bandung were very popular during the holiday season. In addition it will be many workshops officially closed or open with limited time during this holiday season.

Through Year-End Service Rescue Program, Mercedes-Benz Indonesia will provide post services for its customers in the Taman Wisata Matahari Puncak. This post will serve the operational in the area of Bogor, Sukabumi, Ciawi, Cisarua, Cibodas and Cianjur. In addition to the Post Service, Year-End Rescue program will be supported by a network of authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer in Jakarta and Bandung. There are 4 Preparedness Workshop in Jakarta, which is located at: PT. Dipo Angkasa Motor and PT. Adedanmas (Period 1-31 December 2015), and PT. Cakrawala Automotif Rabhasa and PT. Mercindo Autorama (Period 1-31 January 2015). While in Bandung area, Preparedness Workshop will be held at the PT. Citrakarya Pranata, In every post Services and Preparedness Workshop will provide a wide range of spare parts to support the vehicle repair process.
Year-End Rescue Program will assist customers in dealing with technical and non technical problems at Mercedes-Benz vehicles, both passenger and commercial vehicles of various models and year of manufacture are used for vacation purposes. Mercedes-Benz customers can also get various benefits provided by the Post Services and Preparedness Workshop, among others:
- Cost of free services that include inspection and improvement in operational areas Post Services (do not include the cost of spare parts)
- Free towing services equipped with Mercedes-Benz Integrated Service Package (ISP)
- Shuttle service to a nearby hotel for the customer Mercedes-Benz vehicle repairs need require a certain time
- Advice and training on Mercedes-Benz vehicles from the technicians that are already certified
