Telkom Reaches Top Ranks in Corporate Listing Seeker Job Seeker 2017

PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) re-incised its achievement in the field of human capital management by reaching the first rank in Top 20 Companies to Work for at Employer of Choice Award 2017 based on survey results of SWA Magazine with Hay Group to job seeker and employees in Indonesia. The award was received by Telkom's Deputy Human Capital Shared Service Anang Turyandono in Jakarta, Wednesday (20/12). On the same occasion, Telkom also received the title as Top 10 Employer of Choice 2017.

The first rank in the list of Company of this Idea is obtained thanks to the success of Telkom in running employer branding. The respondents who are job seekers of this rate that Telkom has a good corporate image and supported by various interests that benefit employees. In addition, Telkom is also known to have a variety of career and environmental development programs and adequate work facilities, so as to increase employee engagement and grow a sense of pride in the company.

Separately, Telkom's Human Capital Management Director Herdy R. Harman stated that this achievement is a manifestation of Telkom's commitment to always put human resource management as the main factor in running its business. "We recognize that in order to maintain and improve the company's performance in the future, the human resource factor plays a key role. Therefore, capturing potential talents through various recruitment programs to empowerment and employee development programs is an important concern of the Company's management, "Herdy said.

Herdy added, Telkom believes that the uniqueness of a company lies in human and culture. "Telkom applies a people-centric approach in human resource management and has established employee value proposition as a creative, dynamic company and has a fun working environment. This people-centric approach is evidenced through the company's full support of HR investment programs ranging from employee development, retention & recognition, employee satisfaction improvement programs, fair and transparent communication practices and work life balance, "Herdy added.

As a digital telecommunication company, Telkom also seeks to implement human resource management in line with the digital telco company culture. Starting from the recruitment process of employees consisting of web recruitment, talent scouting, employee selection from government scholarship, to Socio Digi Leaders program targeting the best graduates of universities in Indonesia and a number of other countries.

Socio Digi Leaders (SDL) is a program to encourage and capture talented young talents who have the social sensitivity to apply solute ideas and ideas and can help solve the problems facing the community through digital platforms. The SDL winners will also have the opportunity to become TelkomGroup employees.
