Telkom Supports The Modernization of ICT Network in Palangka Raya
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is committed to continuously improve the quality of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service for the community, among others through Telkom Modern City program which recently inaugurated in Palangkaraya City. The inauguration of Palangkaraya as Telkom Modern City was conducted by Central Kalimantan Governor Sugianto Sabran with Telkom Network & IT Solutions Director Zulhelfi Abidin at T-Cloud Palangka Raya, Friday (18/8).
The launch of Telkom Modern City Palangka Raya has received support from the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government as Telkom Modern City is in line with the provincial government's program to increase connectivity among districts in Central Kalimantan through a communications network.
Central Kalimantan Governor Sugianto Sabran expressed his hope for the progress of Central Kalimantan Provincial Information and Communication Technology (ICT) after Telkom succeeded in modernizing the network in Palangkaraya City "The realization of Palangkaraya as the first provincial capital to become Telkom Modern City proves that Kalteng is ready to become The modern region. Meanwhile, Telkom Network & IT Solutions Director Zulhelfi Abidin expressed his appreciation to the local government that has supported the completion of 100% fiber optic network installation. "Telkom expressed gratitude for the support and cooperation of the Provincial Government of Central Kalimantan and Kota Palangkaraya during the modernization process until now the 100% fiber optic network has been completed and now TelkomGroup and Palangka Raya customers can enjoy the best digital experience," said Zulhelfi Abidin. Yani, Cempaka) and public area, such as Wifi Corner Kahayan Dock, and STAIN.
Fiber optic-based telecommunication system in Palangka Raya will enable digital lifestyle can be directly enjoyed by the community starting from the household sector.
