Rio 2016: Two Indonesian Swimmers Knocked Out in Preliminary Rounds
Jakarta. Two Indonesian swimmers, Glenn Victor and Yessy Yosaputra, were knocked out of the Rio 2016 Olympics in the preliminary rounds on Thursday (11/08).
Glenn had competed in the men's 100m butterfly and Yessy in the women's 200m backstroke.
Glenn finished up in 35th position out of 43 swimmers in the knockout stage, despite recording a personal best time of 54.25 seconds.
Yessy meanwhile was eliminated after finishing last in her heat with a time of 2 minutes 20.88 seconds.
