The annual Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame ceremony took place last Saturday at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Among the notable boxers who graced the event were Mexican featherweight “The Baby Faced Assassin” Marco Antonio Barrera, the hard-hitting “Marvelous” Marvin Hagler, Puerto Rico’s Felix “Tito” Trinidad, former undisputed heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis, “The Black Mamba” Roger Mayweather of the famous Mayweather fighting family, Eddie Mustafa Muhammad and “Iron” Mike Tyson.

Also among attendees were Rosie Perez, Yahoo! Sports' Kevin Iole, and female boxer turned mixed martial artist the Philippines’ Ana “Hurricane” Julaton ,who now competes under the ONE Championship banner -- Asia’s largest MMA promotion.

Currently pound-for-pound king, undefeated boxer Floyd “Money” Mayweather -- a native of Las Vegas, NV -- also spent some time on stage in honor of the inductees.

Overall the event was a success and fans look forward to next year, when the next batch of inductees are honored.
