In order to improve the public service, PT Telkom Indonesia (Telkom), especially those in the greater Jakarta area, Telkom Regional II held the IndiHome Customer Gathering in Jakarta, Saturday (10/12). The event is specifically intended for loyal customers of IndiHome and was attended by the Director of Consumer Service Telkom Dian Rachmawan and the Chairman of the Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI) Tulus Abadi, which many give input for improvement of Telkom service.
Director of Consumer Service Telkom Dian Rachmawan on this occasion expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the loyal customers who have used the services of IndiHome. "This is an opportunity for Telkom to get closer to customers while receiving input from the customer in order to improve a better service in the future. On this occasion, Telkom would like to introduce the application of 'My Indihome' which in the future will be the ultimate channel where customers can buy services any through this application "said Dian.
Dian Rachmawan in his speech also hopes these gatherings become regular continuous pattern every year in order to get feedback from customers.
Executive Vice President Greater Jakarta Regional II Teuku Muda Nanta explained that the current state of society increasingly dominated it lifestyle solutions to Digital Application. "Therefore, Telkom also took part via IndiHome as a solution needs of Internet Top Broadband Triple Play customers at home and just as important as clean water and electricity. We hope IndiHome become a pride for the people of Greater Jakarta and the entire people of Indonesia," added Nanta.
