Indonesia's Pertamina Awaiting Shareholder Decision on New CEO: Spokeswoman
Jakarta. Indonesia's Pertamina is "waiting for shareholders to decide" on a replacement of incumbent CEO Dwi Soetjipto, company spokeswoman Wianda Pusponegoro told Reuters, when asked about local media reports of a management shakeup at the state-owned energy company.
A meeting at the government's state-owned enterprises ministry is expected to discuss the issue this morning, a Pertamina official confirmed.
Soetjipto could not be reached for comment on the matter.
