Lippo Cikarang Receives Award for Cosmo Estate

Jakarta. Lippo Cikarang received an award at the Indonesia Property Awards 2019 for its Cosmo Estate project in the Highly Commended Housing Development in Cikarang category on Wednesday. 

“We’re very grateful for the appreciation given to Lippo Cikarang, we will continue to drive for innovation to make the best products,” president director of Lippo Cikarang Simon Subiyanto said.

This was not the first award that Lippo Cikarang received from Majalah Properti Indonesia. In 2018, Lippo Cikarang also won various categories through its project, The Patio. 

The award is Lippo Cikarang’s fifth in 2019.

Lippo Cikarang is an urban developer with total development rights over 3,250 hectares. The company has built more than 17,192 homes, occupied by around 51,250 residents, while 500,500 people are employed by 1,200 light manufacturing companies in its industrial area in Bekasi district, West Java.

The Jakarta Globe is affiliated with the Lippo Group.
