Nam Air Opens New Routes to Surabaya, Sorong

Jakarta. Nam Air, a subsidiary of Jakarta-based Sriwijaya Air, will start flying Surabaya-Bandung and Jakarta-Sorong routes on Sunday, Sriwijaya’s senior manager corporate communications Agus Soedjono said on Tuesday.
Nam Air flight would depart from Surabaya at 5:05 p.m. Western Indonesia Time every day, with a return flight scheduled at 7:05 p.m.
A flight departing Jakarta to Sorong just after midnight and returning at 11:25 a.m. Eastern Indonesia Time has been added to the schedule.
The airline provides 120 seats for each flights using its brand new Boeing 737-500, Agus said.
Sriwijaya and Nam Air now operates 42 units of Boeing planes, with plans to order 20 units of B737-800 and B737 MAX. Delivery is expected to begin next year.
