Telkom Ready to Support National Police During Idul Fitri Exodus
Jakarta. The National Police and Telkom Indonesia have worked together almost every year to ensure the safety of those traveling to their hometowns for the Idul Fitri holiday.
There was a festive atmosphere when National Police chief Gen. Tito Karnavian and Telkom's director of enterprise and business services, Dian Rachmawan, visited the Cikopo Toll Gate in Cikampek, West Java, on Sunday (10/06).
Dian said Telkom is ready to support the police in its efforts to ensure smooth traffic flows during the annual exodus.
"It is our responsibility to support the National Police in providing comfort and safety to those traveling with their families during the Idul Fitri holiday," Dian said in a press statement.
Telkom provides data communications, internet connectivity, CCTV networks, video conferencing facilities and its fixed broadband IndiHome services at posts located across the country.
"On behalf of the National Police, I thank all parties, including Telkom, which has supported our efforts to provide comfort and safety to those traveling to their homes to celebrate Idul Fitri with their families," Tito said.
