Telkom Support BKE To Develop E-Cooperative Applications for Customers Cooperative
PT. Telkom Indonesia (Telkom) set to support the vision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to create a strong and independent SMEs through the launch of the e-Koperasi (e-Kop) along with the Bank of Economic Welfare (BKE).
Acting Director of Enterprise & Business Service Telkom Honesti Bashir, Secretary Kemenkop Agus Muharram and Deputy Finance Kemenkop SMEs Braman Setyo witnessed the signing of cooperation undertaken by the Executive Vice President Division Enterprise Service Telkom Siti Choiriana and Director of BKE Sasmaya Tuhuleley in the auditorium of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Jakarta, Friday (15/09).
Honesti Bashir expressed his gratitude for the trust of BKE to Telkom's commitment to always support the program of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to undertake the digitization of Koperasi in Indonesia.
In his speech, Director of BKE Sasmaya Tuhuleley convey the importance of information technology in conducting the business of Cooperatives and SMEs. This insight will add to the knowledge in providing services to the public and Telkom have to realize the ideals of Cooperatives and SMEs through Telkom ICT services. "Hopefully our efforts is blessed by the Almighty God," concludes Sasmaya Tuhuleley.
Representing the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, SME Kemenkop Secretary Agus Muharram insists that the cooperation should be reformed in total accordance with the directives of the President. There are three important aspects of the reform cooperatives, namely Rehabilitation Cooperative, Cooperative Reorientation and Development Cooperation. "There is no cooperation without IT," said Agus Muharram.
BKE take strategic steps to cooperate with Telkom to provide technology-based applications in order to enhance the role and function of cooperatives in the financial management industry. The application named e-Kop BKE is an application for managing financial statements and Loan System (LOS) that is integrated with the service PPOB (Payment Point Online Banking / payment services).
By using the e-Kop applications, cooperatives are expected to present financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, applying the principle of prudence in lending, measures the level of health pursuant to Rule Deputy Supervision Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs No. 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016 and to increase fee base income / Revenue Cooperative.
Furthermore, Telkom also had the opportunity to enhance cooperation with BKE to make intelligent behavior as an agent to collect savings bank, e-money and others to support the strategic plan of BKE in developing digital banking.
