International Recognition on Human Capital Management
PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) was successfully crowned for the second time as the Asian MAKE Winners at the Asian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises (MAKE) Award 2016.
Director of Human Capital Management of Telkom, Herdy R. Harman, received the awards in Hong Kong on Thursday (21 / 1).
In addition to that, Telkom was also lauded by the Global MAKE Independent Operating Unit as the only Indonesian company in the group of 12 other global enterprises.
Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise is an annual awards event that measures the success of Asia's leading companies in their effective management of human capital.

"Culture is a major focus of Telkom, it is always instilled from various aspects. One of the most important aspects that we have implemented is at the level of the knowledge management," Herdy R. Harman said.
"Our focus in the development of human capital is to build great leaders and great people," he added.
Telkom's success in winning the Asian MAKE awards reaffirms Telkom's serious commitment in preparing its human resources to be ready to compete internationally, especially in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
