Telkomtelstra To Offers The First World-Class Customer Experience

PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), through its subsidiary company Telkomtelstra, has announced its first Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Indonesia, that demonstrated the “Managed Solutions” services.  Telkimtelstra is a joint venture between Telkom and Telstra, located at Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta, which provide a world-class facility to help corporate customers in increasing its business opportunities while facing foreign competitors who see Indonesia as a potential target market due to its dynamic opportunity growth.

"By demonstrating our Telkomtelstra service, we hope that our corporate customers can experience the advantages of the use of digital "Managed Solutions" services, which aimed to increase productivity, as well as accelerating the business growth," said CEO of TelkomGroup, Alex J. Sinaga. while attending the opening ceremony of the CEC with Telstra's CEO, Andy Penn in Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta (17/9).

Alex added that corporate customers are not required to stand-by at their office while monitoring their business. Through the application service provided by Telkomtelstra, customers can access the company's information through online, everywhere and anytime.

"Our "Managed Solutions" service allows our corporate customers to become more competitive in controlling the productivity of the business, especially in enabling them to stay connected with their business operations anywhere, anytime," added Alex.

President Director of Telkomtelstra, Philip Sporton also expressed that that both companies set to support corporate customers various ranges of "Managed Solutions" service, ranging from Managed Network Services, Managed Cloud Services, Professional Services dan Integrated Service Management, which is part of the Telkom Solution portfolio.

"Our main goal is to support corporate customer business as well as to help optimize, develop, and transform their business through ICT Managed Solutions offered by Telkomtelstra," said Philip Sporton.

By combining the capabilities of the network and the data center of Telkom, Telkomtelstra is expected to strengthen the ICT Industry, both locally and regionally. Through the support and the capability of Telstra, Telkomtelstra is in a superior position to introduce a world-class service.
