Jakarta. Property developer Paramount Land introduced special outlets that offer one-stop shopping services for the company's properties, the firm said in a statement on Tuesday.
Tapping into a new innovation in property marketing called Supermarket Property (SuperPro), which offers information and special deals on various properties for sale, Paramount celebrated its latest SuperPro outlet in Senayan City, South Jakarta.
Paramount Land – controlled by Elizabeth Sindoro, who landed a spot on GlobeAsia’s Rich List in 2014 with an estimated net worth of $255 million – has already opened 60 SuperPro shops in Jakarta and Tangerang, on the westerns outskirts of Jakarta.
Semarang, Central Java, already boasts 10, while more are in the pipelines for Surabaya and Manada, North Sulawesi.
The SuperPro sales staff will also help prospective home buyers compare prices of various properties in different locations, calculate the costs for any necessary renovations and offer payment solutions that fit the customers' needs, said Paramount Land president director Ervan Adi Nugroho likene
Paramount Land properties on offer include condominiums, golf estates, large homes, custom homes and shophouses.
Each SuperPro outlet requires an investment of about Rp 2 billion ($143,312), he added.
“The economic slowdown forced us to make innovations... It’s now not enough to just offer quality products, competitive prices and premium locations, but we also need a breakthrough in marketing,” Ervan said.
Paramount Land said it aims to book marketing sales, or sales of unfinished property units, at Rp 3 trillion. Reports of the January-September showed the company has reached 60 percent of its target.
Erwin said the SuperPro concept is expected to help boost sales.
