Jakarta. Indonesia's antigraft investigators rounded up a district head from East Nusa Tenggara on Sunday (11/02) for allegedly receiving bribes, Suara Pembaruan reported.

Febri Diansyah, a spokesman for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confirmed the arrest, but did not name names.

"Two individuals were arrested and have since been brought to the KPK headquarters [in Jakarta]. One of them is a district head," Febri told Metro TV.

The spokesman declined to comment when asked if Marianus Sae, the district head of Ngada in East Nusa Tenggara, was one of the two men arrested.

KPK investigators also arrested three other government officials from three separate locations on Sunday, also for allegedly receiving bribes, Febri said.
