Jakarta. Indonesia's aspiring models can have their shot on hit TV show Asia's Next Top Model at an open casting call for its fifth season at the Hermitage hotel, Central Jakarta, on Saturday Nov. 5.
Show creator Fox Networks Group Asia (FNG Asia) has already hosted casting calls in Manila and Bangkok this week.
AsNTM, which will air the upcoming season in the first quarter of next year on StarWorld, will be produced by Singapore-based Refinery Media, which has won awards for similar show SupermodelMe.
Sam Gollestani, FNG Asia executive producer for entertainment content, said fans should expect the unexpected in the upcoming season.
"We find great pleasure in continuing a franchise that is so well-loved by viewers and a high performer in the ratings game. We see the fifth season pushing the envelope for the AsNTM franchise and audiences should expect the unexpected.
"FNG strives to produce shows that are not only entertaining and garner large fan bases, but also provide brand partners with valuable, well-integrated promotional opportunities and innovative marketing solutions. There's no better example of this successful synergy than AsNTM," Gollestani said.
For the fifth season, AsNTM has partnered with automobile manufacturer Subaru, cosmetics brand Maybelline and fashion e-commerce site Zalora.
Candidates can register beforehand on the AsNTM website.
