Elevation Jakarta Dance Music Festival Tickets on Sale

Jakarta. Tickets for next month's Elevation Jakarta, the city's first ever electronic dance music festival featuring world-renowned disc jockeys, went on sale on Thursday.
Festival promotor Segi Tiga Indonesia, better known as Three Angles Production, said the festival, set to take place at Live Space Jakarta on July 5, will feature big names, including DJ Cello and Paul Thomas.
Michael Song, director of Three Angles Production, said all early-bird tickets, ranging in price from Rp 5 million to Rp 20 million ($350-$1,400), were snapped up within the first four days.
"We received a tremendously positive response from the people of Jakarta. Now, only regular tickets are available at Rp 625,000 each," he said.
"The main concept of Elevation is to create a music platform to provide a unique experience for all music lovers and festival attendees. For the first time, Elevation Jakarta will include a Trance edition, featuring various Trance icons, such as Driftmoon, John 00 Fleming, Darren Porter and the main attraction, Aly & Fila," Michael said.
This will be Aly & Fila's first appearance in Indonesia, providing local fans with a unique opportunity to enjoy the Egyptian DJ duo's music.
The duo has performed at numerous prominent music festivals around the globe, including the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Florida; Tomorrowland in Boom, Belgium; Transmission Festival in Prague, Czech Republic; and Global Gathering, which is held in various countries annually.
Michael said Elevation Jakarta strives to fulfill audiences' wishes by including various genres of dance music. This is the first step towards staging a mega-festival, where Elevation Jakarta will present more genres and music in a large-scale event.
