Yourganic Launches New Beverage, Social Campaign for Special-Needs Kids

MARCH 21, 2017

Jakarta. Yourganic, a company dedicated to selling organic beverages and healthy snacks, partnered with singer Andien Aisyah to launch Project Green Light beverage and social campaign in South Jakarta on Tuesday (21/03).

Project Green Light drink is a smoothie made of almond milk, acai, banana and spinach. It is rich in vitamins A and K, which are important supplements for nursing women and generally boost the stamina.

Project Green Light, which started in February, is the company's first social project. Yourganic chief executive Yenna Samantha said the company will donate 35 percent of their profit to Bunda Bening Selaksahati school for children with special needs in Bandung, West Java. Yenna said the donation will be used to fund the school's renovation and supplies.

"We hope that Project Green Light will be Yourganic's first positive social contribution," she said.

Bunda Bening Selaksahati was recommended to the company by Andien.

"When I visited Bunda Bening last year and found out they use herbal treatments to cure autism. So when the opportunity to collaborate with Yourganic arose, I recommended this school, because our goals in promoting healthy lifestyles are the same," she said.

Project Green Light drinks are available at Yourganic's store in Senopati, Kemchicks Supermarket in the Pacific Place mall, South Jakarta, Parkson Gourmet Bintaro and Food Centrum Kemayoran, both in Central Jakarta.
