Jakarta. Presidential candidate Anies Baswedan and his running mate, Muhaimin Iskandar, will file a lawsuit challenging the 2024 Presidential Election result at the Constitutional Court (MK) on Thursday.

"We extend an invitation to fellow journalists to cover the presence of Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar's National Legal Team at the Constitutional Court on Thursday, March 21, at 08:00 a.m. Jakarta time," said Fajri, a member of the Anies-Muhaimin legal team in his press invitation on Wednesday.

Fajri stated that their presence at the MK building on Thursday is intended to file a petition seeking the nullification of the outcomes of the 2024 election.

Meanwhile, presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo is also gearing up to challenge the election results. Ganjar, who ranked last in the three-way election, securing only 16.47 percent of the vote, is contesting the victory obtained by Prabowo, who clinched 58.59 percent.
