Cambridge Judge Business School and SRW&Co Launch 8th Training Program for Asean Execs

FEBRUARY 02, 2018

Jakarta. Cambridge Judge Business School announced its eighth year of collaboration with management consulting firm SRW&Co to host the Asean Global Leadership Program, or AGLP, a week-long program for senior executives and professionals at the firm's UK-based campus.

The collaboration between Cambridge Judge Business School and SRW&Co began in 2009. Program participants will attend AGLP this October.

"We are delighted to be working once again with SRW&Co, continuing this great partnership in delivering this flagship program for Asean business leaders," said Christoph Loch, director of Cambridge Judge Business School.

"The AGLP brings together our world class faculty and practitioner network to meet the learning needs of the Asean Global Leadership Program participants. We look forward to delivering this bespoke learning experience to our participants."

The theme of the 2018 program is "Transforming Asean Organisations: The Leadership Imperative" and is designed to directly answer challenges faced by executives in the region.

Daniel Wong, chairman and partner of SRW&Co, said: "We are witnessing the dynamic changes and development in the Asean region against the context of the Asean Economic Community and the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders in the region."

Wong said the key themes of the program include globalization, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership, which "are very relevant to Asean leaders in both the corporate and public sectors."

In addition to shared learning in the program, participants will be encouraged to mingle with the program's growing alumni network of over 300 leaders in the region.

The Cambridge AGLP alumni network hosts gathering events, a series of in-house programs and public seminars.

Participants in previous years have included a mix of top-level leaders from across Asean and with backgrounds in industries ranging from banking and financial services, technology, engineering, telecommunications, energy, airport/seaport services and manufacturing.

"This program will provide you with the opportunity to explore the latest research and thinking, gaining new knowledge to optimize your learning experience and improve your leadership effectiveness, through its suite of carefully designed learning sessions," Loch said.
