Central Bank and OJK Under KPK Investigation for Alleged CSR Fund Misuse

Jakarta. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating allegations of corruption related to the use of corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
The investigation has progressed to the stage of a formal inquiry, according to Asep Guntur, the KPK's Director of Investigation.
"KPK is handling a corruption case concerning the use of CSR funds from BI and OJK for the year 2023," Asep said in Bogor, West Java, on Friday
Guntur explained that the suspects have been identified. However, KPK has yet to disclose the identities of those involved.
Details of the case, including the specifics of the corruption allegations, have not been publicly released. KPK will provide official information to the public once the investigation has progressed sufficiently and arrests have been made.
