King Salman of Saudi Arabia Extends Bali Vacation: Embassy
Jakarta. King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia will extend his vacation in Bali by three days, the Saudi Embassy said on Tuesday (07/03).
The king and his entourage of 1,500, including 25 princes and 10 ministers, arrived in the resort island on Saturday, after a four-day state visit in Jakarta.
The monarch was scheduled to leave Bali on Thursday, but the embassy said in a press statement that he will extend the stay until Sunday.
The embassy also expressed appreciation for Indonesia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs' cooperativeness.
During King Salman's visit, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia signed 11 agreements on partnership in various sectors, ranging from security to education.
The king and his entourage have been guarded by 2,500 Indonesian police and military officials.
