Jakarta. The Red and White Cabinet has successfully concluded a four-day training session at the Military Academy in Magelang, held from October 24 to 27, 2024. Ministers reported that the retreat was instrumental in aligning the vision and mission of President Prabowo Subianto's administration.

Housing and Settlements Minister Maruarar Sirait emphasized the importance of collaboration among the ministers, describing them as a "super team" dedicated to supporting one another in addressing national challenges without relying on any individual as a "superman."

"First and foremost, we are united. There are no supermen, only a super team. Everyone here works for the president. No one is a lone hero. Everything is coordinated," he asserted.

Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni characterized the training as highly beneficial in reinforcing the government's commitment to the welfare of the people and national independence.

"This event is truly great. It’s enjoyable and uplifting. I believe this training adds clarity to the vision, mission, goals, and direction of the government led by Mr. Prabowo," he said.

Raja Juli highlighted that President Prabowo's administration prioritizes the welfare of the people and national independence, with training sessions further enhanced by contributions from ministers and agency heads.

It was revealed that President Prabowo Subianto personally financed the entire retreat. Migrant Worker Protection Minister Abdul Kadir Karding confirmed that no state funds were used for the training.

During this military-style cabinet retreat, which began on Friday and was the first of its kind in history, over 100 ministers, vice ministers, and heads of state agencies donned camouflage uniforms, practicing military drills and saluting the president in each session.

Prabowo described the gathering as essential to fostering unity among cabinet members and allowing them to build stronger personal and professional relationships.
