Jakarta. Indonesia condemns Wednesday's (22/03) terrorist attack outside the Houses of Parliament in London, which reportedly claimed five lives and injured forty others, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi said in a statement on Thursday.

The ministry confirmed no Indonesians were among the victims of the brazen attack and urged Indonesian citizens in the UK to remain vigilant and cautious, especially when venturing into public places prone to attacks from terrorists.

Following the incident, the Indonesian embassy in London issued a warning for Indonesian citizens to avoid certain areas in London, including the Parliament Square, Whitehall, Westminster Bridge, Lambeth Bridge, Victoria Street up to the junction with Broadway and the Victoria Embankment.
