Jakarta. State-owned oil company Pertamina has announced the appointment of a new board of directors for its subholding and subsidiary companies.

The changes include its refinery unit Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), upstream sub-holding Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), shipping company Pertamina International Shipping (PIS), and renewable energy unit Pertamina New Renewable Energy (PNRE). Additionally, two subsidiaries, namely hotel and property unit Patra Jasa and consultant firm Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC), are also affected.

Fadjar said Pertamina remains committed to continuing the transition towards clean energy and decarbonization to achieve the target of net-zero emissions (NZE) by 2060 or even earlier. In addition to expanding business, efforts in clean energy and decarbonization are also a focus for the Pertamina Group.
