Jakarta. To celebrate Independence Day, Lippo Cikarang and residents of Taman Cibiru held a Culture Carnival attended by 3,000 people on Sunday (19/08).
"As developers, we wanted this carnival to be a chance for us to get to know our community better and work together to organize this event," said Simon Subiyanto, president director of Lippo Cikarang.
The three-day carnival had a variety of regional dances, speakers and a marching band, as well as games and competitions.
In July, Lippo Cikarang organized a Cross-Religious Fun Walk, with 2,000 participants, and donated sacrificial animals for the upcoming Eid al-Adha.
