Jakarta. Lippo Cikarang received Indonesia Property Magazine's 2018 Indonesia Property Awards in the category Prospective Housing Concept in Cikarang for its residential project The Patio.
Lippo Cikarang president director Simon Subiyanto accepted the award on behalf of the company during a ceremony in Jakarta on Tuesday (03/07).
"With this award, Lippo Cikarang will continue to prove its commitment to innovate and deliver the best results. This award will also motivate Lippo Cikarang to continue developing its businesses in the future," Simon said during the ceremony on Tuesday (03/07).
He added that in the meantime, Meikarta will continue to be the main focus of the company.
The award is Lippo Cikarang's ninth so far this year.
Lippo Cikarang is an urban developer with total development rights over 3,250 hectares. The company has built more than 17,192 homes, occupied by around 51,250 residents, while 500,500 people are employed by 1,200 light manufacturing companies in its industrial area in Bekasi district, West Java.
