Jakarta. Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem (FUTR) recently took part in the 2nd Annual Indonesia Retail & E-Commerce Summit & Awards 2024.

During the conference, FUTR’s chief executive officer Martha Rebecca shared her insights on the trends and challenges that the retail industry and e-commerce would face this year.

According to Martha, the industry is currently undergoing massive changes due to shifts in consumers’ behavior which have prompted transformation across the entire ecosystem, be it regional or global.

Technology plays a central role in shaping how consumers interact with businesses and how industries operate. The ever-evolving digital ecosystem is driving new possibilities for partnerships and collaboration. Innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) have also introduced interesting dynamics, Martha said.

FUTR focuses on three main pillars, namely data, creativity, and technology.

“FUTR can be a strategic partner for businesses in retail and e-commerce. This is seen on how those three aspects play a key role in the development of a leading e-commerce platform that is loved by its consumers,” Martha said in a recent press statement.

“Starting from data management and analysis for effective business decision-making, intuitive and attractive interface design, to the latest technology support that can increase added value to enrich consumers' shopping experience,” Martha said.

FUTR is experienced in managing data and developing the best machines for several FMCG, retail, and e-commerce companies in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, according to Martha. This includes developing a customized loyalty program for an Indonesian FMCG company targeted at their consumers in Nigeria. This program has amassed huge enthusiasm from consumers. FUTR has also taken home the Retail Tech Innovator of the Year award.
