MAY 07, 2021

Jakarta. Your plans for Idul Fitri homecoming tradition (mudik) got cancelled because of government's restriction? Worry not, because Catchplay+ has everything you need to entertain you and the whole family at home during this holiday.

The over-the-top (OTT) streaming service platform now welcomes 'Godzilla vs Kong' on its Early Access at Home collection. Movie lovers can now watch the epic face-off between two iconic monsters on Catchplay+ through the various ways to access the service including its website, mobile applications, and on big screens.

“Starting from 2020, we have made available early-access for many blockbuster titles as a solution for movie lovers who are not able to go to the cinemas,” Catchplay Group CEO Daphne Yang said in her statement on Friday.

“The response from our members has been incredibly encouraging. We are delighted and proud to be able to continue the offering for our members as their cinema at home which always has the latest entertainment content.”

'Godzilla vs. Kong' enters Catchplay+’s Early Access collection following 'Peninsula', 'Wonder Woman 1984', 'The Little Things', 'Tom & Jerry the Movie', and recently the mega Korean sci-fi action, 'Seobok'.

Just like the previous titles, this fourth Monster Verse movie is accessible as Premium VOD on Catchplay+ at Rp49.500 (after tax) per rental which is set to benchmark the price of a cinema ticket. However, once paid, users will have a 30-day period to redeem the movie and once watched, 48 hours of unlimited viewing.

A Catchplay+ membership account also allows up to 5 registered devices and 2 concurrently watching including PC, smartphones, pads or big screens which is a perfect solution for family and friends to share or watch together.

This early access at home, which can be streamed simultaneously with cinema release is now available directly on the Catchplay+ website, its iOS, Android mobile and TV apps, Apple TV or through participating partner platforms including IndiHome, First Media and XL Home. Payment options include credit/debit cards, ATM transfer, GoPay and Telkomsel billing.
