Jakarta. KB Bank recently held a gathering to get closer to its customers and partners.

The gathering, which took place in Jakarta’s Ayana Midplaza Hotel, became the bank’s effort to get to know its loyal customers. These customers have picked KB Bank to carry out their various banking services, investments, and financial management. The gathering became an opportunity for KB Bank’s directors to hold talks with the customers, while also introducing the group’s innovative products.

“We would like to thank our customers who have entrusted KB Bank to be their financial partner. In this gathering, we would like to get to know our customers better and strengthen the bond we have with them. Hopefully, KB Bank can continue to grow and develop alongside our customers," KB Bank’s president director Tom (Woo Yeul) Lee said.

According to Tom (Woo Yeul) Lee, KB Bank is embarking on a “transformative journey”, marked by rebranding, among others. The bank is also introducing new financial services to support emerging industries, including electric vehicles (EVs), the medical sector, and agricultural economic ecosystems.

“We are committed to pioneering innovative mobile-based credit lending products, reflecting our dedication to meeting evolving consumer needs,” he said.

The bank has already held a series of customer gathering events –”Safari Ramadan KB Bank”-- since March 18. These gatherings so far have taken place in Bandung, Makassar, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, and Jakarta. KB Bank also introduced its new logo at the event.

KB Bank officially rebranded and changed its logo on March 3. This initiative is part of the company's strategy to strengthen branding and combine “Korea Best” with Indonesia's excellence, focusing on transparency, trust, and integrity, as it seeks to be a reliable partner for banking service solutions in Indonesia. The rebranding also seeks to show the public that KB Bank is part of KB Financial Group (KBFG), the largest financial entity in South Korea with total assets reaching Rp14,040 trillion.
