“The Wonderful Nusantara package is an all-you-can-eat. Hopefully, we can give our éL Hotel’s loyal guests a memorable experience,” éL Hotel Malang executive chef Pamungkas said over the weekend.
According to Pamungkas, there are many dishes that the guests must try. This includes the various ayam or chicken dishes that the hotel offers: be it betutu-style chicken, ayam rujak (Indonesian salad dish), ayam goreng rempah (chicken fried in spices), to name a few. There is also a long list of soup dishes that can warm up the body, including soto ayam Lamongan and kimlo soup. Guests can also try the Malang-style orem-orem.
To break your fast, the hotel also serves a wide range of refreshing snacks like dates, banana kolak, fruit cocktails, as well as fried bananas. There is also the Bandung-style siomay served hot.
The iftar deal is available at just Rp 80,000 pax. éL Hotel Kartika Wijaya Batu also offers the buy-10-get-1 promo. Pamungkas said that the Wonderful Nusantara deal saw great enthusiasm.
“To this day, there are so many people who have reserved for an iftar on the second and third week [of Ramadan]. I’m sure we will see even greater enthusiasm this year, and we can even reach up to 2,000 pax,” Pamungkas said.
éL Hotel Group also offers exciting iftar deals in its other branches, be it in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Malang, and Banyuwangi. éL Hotel Group corporate general manager Iwan Soemantri said: “We have prepared many promos for Ramadan, including stay packages and iftar packages in all of our hotel units under the éL Hotel Group.”
