Lippo Karawaci Tops Off Holland Village Towers in Central Jakarta

JANUARY 30, 2020

Jakarta. Lippo Karawaci, Indonesia's largest listed property company, has topped off two apartment towers at its Holland Village Jakarta project in Central Jakarta, moving the company a key milestone closer to its target of delivering the completed apartments in the second half of this year.

The two towers, Holland One and Holland Two, will have a total of 530 apartment units once completed.

"We're grateful for this topping off of the HVJ Apartment, as we move a step closer to completing its construction as the company has promised," Lippo Karawaci's president director, Ketut Budi Wijaya, said at the topping off ceremony on Thursday.

Also present at the event were Lippo Karawaci's chief development and project officer, Peter Yu, chief sales officer Adrian Baskoro, chief marketing officer Jopy Rusli and chief project management officer Alwi Sjaaf.

Djoko Eko Suprastowo, the president director of Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring, a Jakarta-listed construction company that handles the project, also attended the ceremony.

Ketut said Lippo Karawaci is working on a show apartment unit at the towers for their customers to see, which would be ready by next month.

"The handover of the apartment units is scheduled for the second half of 2020," he said.

The apartment towers will be part of an integrated complex on seven hectares of land, which will include offices, shopping malls, a hospital and a recreation center. Each apartment tower will feature a gym, a children's playground and a children's pool.

Lippo Karawaci's vision for the development was to create "The New Downtown" in the Cempaka Putih area in Central Jakarta.

"The New Downtown will be a source of pride. It will bring added value for the owners and become a trendsetter," Ketut said.

Holland Village Jakarta is the largest integrated area development project in the Cempaka Putih area in Central Jakarta.

It's strategically located at a crossroad between Central Jakarta, North Jakarta and East Jakarta.

Holland Village Jakarta follows Lippo Karawaci's other successful projects using a similar urban living concept: Kemang Village in South Jakarta and The St. Moritz Penthouse & Residences, located in Puri Indah in West Jakarta's central business district.
