Max Fashions Opens Outlet at Lippo Mall Puri
Jakarta. Apparel brand Max Fashions officially opens an outlet at the UG Floor of Lippo Mall Puri in Kembangan, West, Jakarta.
At Max Fashions, Lippo Mall Puri visitors can select from a wide range of apparel collections —be it for men, women, and children— starting from basic dailywear to the trending fashion items. Socks, lingeries, as well as other fashion accessories are also available at the store.
Meanwhile, this is the first time the apparel brand to open an outlet at a shopping center ran by Indonesia's largest mall operator, Lippo Malls Indonesia (LMI).
The grand opening was marked by ribbon-cutting by LMI associate director and commercial head Rita Yovita, LMI chief executive officer Eddy Mumin on Friday. Also attending the grand opening were Landmark Group Indonesia country manager Rajesh Kulkarni and Max Fashions Indonesia operation manager Raju Nayak.
According to Eddy, adding a new tenant into the mix is part of LMI's strategy to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic.
"By continuing to expand, we hope to create jobs to accelerate economic growth particularly in the retail industry," Eddy said in a written statement.
With the Eid-al-Fitr approaching, LMI hopes to boost the public's spending level by teaming up with Max Fashions to add more shopping selections for Eid, he said.
According to Rajesh, the Lippo Mall Puri outlet is also Max Fashions' eleventh store in the archipelago. The brand also already has 600 stores spread across the globe, including in Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, and India.
"As the largest value fashion brand from the Middle East, we are offering more than 2,000 styles with a price under Rp 149,000 ($10.26). With this, our customers can try on new styles and become fashionable with an affordable price," he said.
For this grand opening, customers can enjoy a discount up to 25 percent for all items. They can also get a glass teapot set as a gift for a minimum purchase of Rp 599,000. Whilst shoppers with a purchase of more than Rp 1.75 million will get an exclusive ceramic teapot set.
