SOE Ministry Holds Property Expo to Celebrate 21st Anniversary

Jakarta. The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises inaugurated a property exhibition at its offices in Jakarta on Friday as part of its 21-year anniversary celebration.
Eighteen state-owned property companies and eight state-owned banks are participating in BUMN Property Expo 2019, organized by PP Property and taking place from April 1 to April 30. In his opening speech, state-owned enterprises ministry secretary Imam Apriyanto said the expo presented an ideal opportunity for ministerial staff to acquire property.
PP Properti president director Lukman Hidayat was quoted in a press release as saying that the expo offered special deals, such as low down-payments and low interest rates, and more.
Other property companies also taking part in the event include PP Urban, Waskita Realty, WIKA Realty, Adhi Persada Properti, Adhi Commuter Properti, HK Realtindo and Perum Perumnas.
The expo is held with support from several state-owned banks, such as Bank BTN, Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri and Bank BNI, along with their shariah units.
Apartments, landed houses and various business opportunities in select commercial areas are on offer during the event.
PP Properti is a subsidiary of state-owned developer PP. The company, which focuses on residential, commercial and hospitality, was founded in 2013 and has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 2015.
