China Cares: Covid-19 Aid From Shanghai Arrives in Jakarta

An Indonesian Air Force C-130 Hercules plane carrying an aid package of medical equipment from Shanghai, China, landed at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in East Jakarta on Monday.
The A-1333 aircraft from the 32nd Abdulrachman Saleh Air Squadron based in Malang, East Java, left Indonesia on Saturday and flew a total of 27 hours for the aid mission.
The plane stopped at five airports to refill fuel and transited at Natuna Island before continuing its journey to Jakarta.
As soon as the plane landed, health officers wearing protective gear approached the aircraft and sprayed the plane and each crew member with disinfectant.
Two large trucks transported the protective personal equipment including disposable masks, N95 masks, goggles, gloves, shoe protectors, infrared thermometers and other medical equipment to treat Covid-19 patients from the airport less than an hour later.
