Hotel Dolphins

DECEMBER 09, 2019

Two bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) were taken off a conservation site at Mertasari Beach in Denpasar, Bali, on Monday. The dolphins were nursed back to health at the sanctuary after they were confiscated in a neglected state from a hotel in the tourist island's Buleleng district. They will be moved to a rehabilitation center in Banyuwedang Bay in the West Bali National Park before they are released into the wild.
