Pak Topo's Funeral
Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, or Pak Topo, social media star and popular spokesman of Indonesia's disaster management agency, who died on Sunday in a hospital in Guangzhou while undergoing treatment for stage-four lung cancer, was buried at the Sonolayu Public Cemetery in his hometown of Boyolali, Central Java, on Monday. The straight-talking spokesman, known for knocking down hoaxes and fake news about natural disasters in Indonesia, was 49.
