Health inspectors at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport started screening passengers for coronavirus after the Indonesian government issued a limited travel warning to China on Tuesday.

All arriving passengers now have their body temperature checked twice before they leave the airport. They are handed a yellow report card that they have to fill in and could later use to get treatment at hospitals if they contract a fever.

The coronavirus has now spread from China to Thailand, Japan, South Korea, the United States, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal, France, Australia, Canada, Germany, Taiwan, Sri Lanka and Cambodia. More than 4,500 people are confirmed to have been infected by the virus that causes pneumonia-like symptoms and has already claimed 107 lives.
