Jakarta. Antam’s gold bar price eased on Friday, retreating Rp 4,000 to Rp 2,483,000 ($148.60) per gram, pulling back from its all-time high after a sharp rally earlier this week.

Data from Logam Mulia showed Antam gold had jumped Rp 17,000 on Thursday to Rp 2,487,000 per gram, marking a fresh record.

A day earlier, on Wednesday, prices had already climbed Rp 6,000 to Rp 2,470,000 per gram. The peak of Rp 2,487,000 per gram was recorded on Oct. 21, 2025.

The buyback price also declined on Friday, falling Rp 4,000 to Rp 2,342,000 per gram.

Globally, gold prices slipped in Thursday’s session as investors assessed US inflation data that came in below expectations. According to goldprice.org, spot gold stood at $4,316.31 per ounce as of 09:43 New York time on Dec. 18, down $25.27 or 0.58%.
