Bumi Serpong Damai Q3 Profit Falls Nearly 50%
Jakarta. Property developer Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE), or better known as BSD, part of the Sinar Mas Group, saw its net profit drop nearly 50 percent to Rp 1.36 trillion ($81.76 million) in the first nine months of 2025, dragged down by lower operating income.
The figure was down sharply from Rp 2.7 trillion in the same period last year, according to the company’s financial report released on Thursday.
Earnings per share also fell to Rp 65.20, compared to Rp 129.20 a year earlier.
BSD’s revenue slipped to Rp 8.76 trillion as of September 2025, from Rp 10.06 trillion in the corresponding period last year. Its cost of revenue declined slightly to Rp 3.21 trillion, resulting in a lower gross profit of Rp 5.54 trillion, down from Rp 6.59 trillion.
As of September, the company’s total assets stood at Rp 77.4 trillion, with liabilities amounting to Rp 26.07 trillion and equity at Rp 51.32 trillion.
Shares of BSDE fell 0.51 percent to Rp 970 as of 11:05 a.m. local time on Thursday, extending a 9.77 percent decline over the past month.
