Banking transactions typically increase during the Eid holidays, be it e-wallet top-ups, QRIS transactions, among others. Customers can conduct these transactions on the Raya app. Biller features are also available to help customers meet their daily needs.

Bank Raya remains committed to providing optimum services during the holidays. Sapa Raya is accessible via 1500494 or WhatsApp 0812-1000-0494. This service provides product information, transaction issues, and customer complaints 24 hours a day.

Bank Raya Community Branches in several cities, such as Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya, will remain open for limited services during March 24, 2026. Customers can also access Bank Raya's website bankraya.co.id or its official social media channels on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X to find out more.

"The readiness of this service is part of Bank Raya's efforts to maintain the quality of service to customers, especially during the long holiday period when the public's need for transactions is increasing. We encourage the public to conduct digital transactions for convenience and security," Lukman Hakim, the director of digital and operations at Bank Raya, said,

Bank Raya also understands the public's need for cash availability, such as for shopping at traditional markets, local transportation, and when visiting certain tourist destinations. To address these needs, customers can still make cardless cash withdrawals through the Raya app at BRI ATMs and joint ATMs, BRILink agents, and cash withdrawal services at Indomaret locations throughout Indonesia.

"Bank Raya ensures optimal IT network readiness by establishing an IT monitoring team that is always on standby. We also urge all Bank Raya customers to remain cautious in every banking transaction and be vigilant when receiving information from unknown parties to avoid fraud and unwanted incidents," Lukman said.

The digital bank is also urging the public to remain careful in conducting their transactions.Here are some tips to avoid transaction fraud:

1. Be wary of suspicious SMS/WhatsApp messages and always verify the information you receive.
2. If you receive an SMS/WhatsApp message you suspect is fraudulent, immediately report it to the authorities or through the relevant bank's official complaint channels.
3. Do not randomly click on links included in SMS/WhatsApp messages.
4. Do not share your access code/Personal Identification Number (PIN) with anyone.
5. Do not record or store your SMS banking access code/number in a place easily accessible to others.
6. Do not provide personal banking data to anyone, such as your card number, OTP code, CVV/CVC code, and PIN or password.
7. Verify every banking transaction. If in doubt, stop.
